Teacher Verdugo was born in Salvador de Bahia, Brésil in 1973. He is teacher of Topazio group in Paris France. He has been teaching capoeira for more than 25 years. All capoeira classes taught by Teacher Verdugo

Topázio Group History

The Topázio  Group can easily be recognized as it possesses a unique style learnt by all members of the group from there initial formation, making the “jogo” style be recognized all over the world. All of its members remain united because they have the same philosophy and same objectives towards capoeira: make it better, turn it popular and practiced all over the world. The International Group of Capoeira Topázio was born in Salvador, Bahia on March 29th, 1988; being its founder Raimundo Dos Santos, also known as Mestre Dinho

Topázio has been developing a very important work with own methods and a marked philosophical difference with other groups that are in Bahia now a days. With a strong and technical Capoeira. We are organising a workshop “acrobaties and Roda” that will take place on the 22th of January 2012

Our batizado will be taking place on the 26th and 27th of May 2012, we are preparing for it and will be happy to see our friends and family joining us on the day of the event.
